No. Automate IT doesn't store or have access to the content of conversations. Call and message data stays in the providers' systems (Retell AI, Twilio) under their own privacy terms. For healthcare clients on Plan Professional, all providers operate under signed BAA and cannot use patient data to train AI models.

Florida attorneys are subject to the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 1.6 — Confidentiality), which require reasonable measures to protect client information — but don't require specific technical compliance like HIPAA.
